You watch the fish as they swim around in various patterns. It also seems choreographed it’s so beautiful. As the fish continue to form patterns, one fish breaks away. It’s swimming straight towards the surface. You watch this fish as he approaches you. He is stark white with various black splotches all over him. You laugh because his skin looks exactly like cowhide.
The fish swims to the surface and pops his head out of the water.
“Excuse me,” says the fish. “Could I ask you for a huge favor?”
You’re a little taken aback by seeing a fish that can talk, but you almost immdediately regain your composure.
“I guess it depends on what the favor is,” you reply.
“Well you see,” says the fish. “You’re the first passer by in quite some time. A long time ago, there was a friendly little monk who would visit our pond and feed us happy pellets. We really liked those happy pellets, but it’s been ages since we’ve had any. The kind monk passed many years ago, but his bag full of happy pellets is right over there.”
You look in the direction that the fish is nodding. Sure enough, there’s a hemp sack lying up against a tree.
“It would be mighty kind if you could grab that bag and feed us some happy pellets.”
What do you do?
